When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 4:00 CST will be shipped that day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. No shipments will be sent on the following holidays Christmas Eve. and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve. and New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, & Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving.

  Are there shipping charges?
There are no shipping charges for online orders to pharmacy or hospital customers. For non-pharmacy customers, a $9.50 shipping/handling charge will apply.

  How will my order ship?
Unless otherwise specified by you, your order will ship via UPS or FedEx ground.

  How long will it take to get my order?

  Can I have my order shipped next day air?
Yes, however you are liable for the next day air charge. To help keep costs to a minimum we recommend only sending enough product to get you by until you can receive your normal ground shipment.
