Returns
Ordered the wrong item? No problem. Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of the original sale. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and should be sent to our Customer Service Center.

Damaged Product
If you receive a package that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please decline the delivery and call a customer service representative at 877.44.VIALS.
This will allow for the quickest resolution and allow us to immediately ship a replacement to you.

Please have the following information available when you call: the invoice or packing list number from the shipment of the item and lot number on the box/bag (if applicable).
